Escuela Bigfoot Spanish School

Founded in 2005, Escuela Bigfoot is the only Spanish language school on the Tola coast of Nicaragua.  If you want to take intensive Spanish classes while enjoying the best surfing and fishing in Nicaragua, we can accommodate you.  Director Juan Delgado has 10 years of experience training Spanish teachers and preparing effective curriculum for students of all levels.   Classes are catered to your abilities.  You will be in a class by yourself or with one other student of the same level.  You can set your class schedule to work around surfing and fishing schedules too!!  If you need only Spanish classes, we charge $175 per week  (5 days @ 5 hrs/day; no lodging, food, or transportation) or individual tutoring for $10/hr.

A typical day for a Costa Nica Spanish school student:

6AM: coffee, then to the boats

6:30-8:30:  surfing or fishing with Costa Nica Staff. 

9:00: Breakfast

10-12:30:  morning Spanish classes

1PM: lunch

1:30-3:00: afternoon Spanish Classes

3:30-6:00:  evening surfing or fishing with Costa Nica staff.
