Surf Houses: 4-8 people capacity, lodging only

All prices for one week, which is the minimum rental period (7 nights): 

$450: Low Surf Season: Sept 1—April 30th (except Christmas/New Years and Easter Week/Semana Santa)

$550: High Surf Season: May 1– August 31. 

$650: Christmas/New Years. Easter Week

 

Costa Nica Surf-Fish-Spanish Packages: Hotel Brio, Playa Gigante-based package tours.

Additional Information:

· All “week long” package prices are per person for beautiful, well-ventilated rooms with ceiling fans, six breakfasts and six lunches.  Usual package is arrival on Sunday, departure on following Saturday.

· All packages include RT taxi service from Managua Airport to Hotel Brio, Playa Gigante. 2 ½ hour trip. 

· Groups of two or more will be in shared rooms (doubles, triples), depending on the number of people in the party. 

· Add $100 per week for A/C (most are very comfortable with ceiling fan and cross breeze), $50 per week for dinners. 

· Add $350 per person per week for extra person in shared room - hotel and food only (no tour package).  Children ages 4-12: $250 each.  Under 4 years old in your travel crib = no charge. 

· Fishing only tours include approx. 6 hours fishing per day. 

· Surfing only tours include 2-3 surf boat trip surf sessions per day, depending on conditions and client preference. 

· Surfing classes include 3 hours of instruction daily at local beach break.  No boat trips included. 

· All combo Spanish classes include 4 hours of Spanish instruction daily; Spanish only classes, 5 hours/day. 

· $50 per person discount on all tours of two or more people during Low Season: Sept 1 – Dec. 22, Jan 5 – May 1.  

· $200 discount per group if you get to and from Hotel Brio on your own (i.e. if we do not provide taxi service). 

· 15% discount for stays of two weeks or more.

Payment Schedule:

· All payments to Costa Nica Expeditions will be made by Paypal (using major credit cards), wire transfer, or money order. 

· All group packages will be billed and booked as one tour, and a single individual should be designated as the groups’ sole financial representative, in charge of paying all group costs to CNE.

· 10% non-refundable deposit for entire party due at booking for bookings 45 or more days in advance of trip. Cancellations made 45 or more days before trip will result in refund of all but 10% of tour package price. 

· 50% non-refundable payment for entire party due 45 day before trip.  Cancellations 8-45 days before trip will result in refund of all but 50% of tour package price or Cas Mono rental fees. 

· 100% of tour package price or Casa Mono rental fees due 7 days before arrival in Nicaragua.  Cancellations 7 days or less before trip are not eligible for any refund, but 75% of the total will be reserved as a Costa Nica Tours credit to the group representative and applied to a future tour or house rental within 12 months of the original booking.
